Laura became COO in 2021, after spending a year working as PR & Marketing Director in the company 

 

Laura Shelley - Brackendale Consulting

In her role as COO, Laura supports Fay in the day-to-day running of the business, enhancing administrative and operational procedures as well as overseeing staff management. She is also an active member of Brackendale’s PR and Marketing team.

Prior to joining Brackendale in 2020, Laura founded her own customer experience agency, Dellan Consulting, specialising in employee engagement.  Previously, Laura managed client relations and all aspects of staff performance for a team of approximately 100 people on accounts including Goldman Sachs and Aviva, at Office Concierge, London’s leading provider of 5-star reception management services.

In her early career, Laura trained in hospitality management and gained experience problem solving in a fast-paced environment. Laura holds a Law degree from University College London and has dual British and American citizenship.
