In her role as COO, Laura not only supports Fay in the day-to-day running of the business, enhancing administrative and operational procedures, but also oversees the accounts of many of our PR and marketing clients.
Prior to joining Brackendale in 2020, Laura founded her own customer experience agency, Dellan Consulting, specialising in employee engagement. Previously, Laura managed client relations and all aspects of staff performance on accounts including Goldman Sachs and Aviva at Office Concierge.
In her early career, Laura trained in hospitality management and gained experience problem solving in a fast-paced environment. Laura holds a Law degree from University College London and has dual British and American citizenship.
