Since joining Brackendale as Operations Manager, Jonathan has ensured that all our clients are given a consistent and and cohesive service. Jonathan has over two decades of experience in business and commercial operations, along with a Prince 2 Project Management skillset. Prior to joining Brackendale he spent five years working as Retail Programme Officer at leading UK public transport company Go-Ahead, where he managed projects relating to Smart Ticketing and EMV contactless technology.
He has previously spent over 10 years in the translation arena for the financial, legal and patent industry and was Head of Operations for Marsh & Parsons in the early 2000s. Jonathan also spent two years as Business Manager at Epiq Systems, a US electronic discovery company that worked with many of the Magic Circle law firms.
