Prior to joining Brackendale, Janine founded her own company Strukture Financial Solutions as a portfolio CFO working for a variety of fast-growing businesses. Her expertise has given her the opportunity to work with both tech start-ups, such as Global Satellite Vu Ltd and Whitefox Technologies Ltd, as well as more established organisations like CMi2i Ltd and VoxSmart Ltd, supporting their fundraising efforts and growth strategies. She enjoys working collaboratively across all aspects of business to drive efficiency.
Janine has previously spent over 10 years working in the City of London in investment banking and financial services. She holds a BComm Management Accounting degree from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa and is ACMA / CGMA qualified.
