Brackendale, a private equity agency specialising in investor marketing and media relations, has teamed up with registered charity World Land Trust (WLT) in a bid to help combat deforestation.
According to the English broadcaster and natural historian Sir David Attenborough, who is a patron of Word Land Trust, humans cut down up to 15 billion trees per year. This results in accelerated global warming and will ultimately threaten mass extinction.
Brackendale has pledged to make a donation for a tree to be planted in tropical forests through WLT’s Plant a Tree programme, which is currently restoring habitat in Brazil, Borneo, India and Kenya, every time it issues an invoice to one of its clients, no matter how small the invoice. Our goal is to plant at least 200 trees over the next 12 months.
